iShares Silver Trust (NYSE:SLV) — The objective of this investment is to reflect the price of silver owned by the trust, less expenses and liabilities. The fund is intended to constitute a simple and cost-effective means of owning silver since the trust holds physical silver bullion.
Since July, silver has been falling, and so has SLV, which fell from its high at over $48.
At a possible triple-bottom with a buy signal from our proprietary indicator, the Collins-Bollinger Reversal (CBR), speculators may want to take a partial position and add to it later on either a further decline or more evidence of a solid bottom.
