Real estate in America's top cities is significantly cheaper than compared with the rest of the world, thanks to record lows in dips in prices and new-home sales falling again and again.
Here's some food for thought, at an average $1,068 per square foot, Manhattan real estate is prohibitively expensive for most Americans but still is more than three times cheaper than real estate in Paris, which is an average of $3,287 per square foot.
