Infrastructure software provider Amdocs (DOX) this afternoon reported fiscal Q4 revenue and earnings per share ahead of consensus, and forecast the current quarter’s profit ahead of expectations, though the full-year outlook was a little light relative to expectations.
Revenue in the three months ended in September rose almost 7%, year over year, to $812 million, yielding EPS of 62 cents.
Analysts on average were expecting $808 million and 61 cents.
For the current quarter, the company sees revenue in a range of $805 million to $825 million, and earnings per share of 61 cents to 67 cents.
For the full year, the company sees revenue rising 5% to 6%, and EPS growth of “at least” 10% to 12%. That would amount to$3.34 billion to $3.37 billion in revenue, and $2.56 to $2.61 per share in profit.
That is slightly below analysts’ consensus for $3.36 billion in revenue and $2.64 per share.
